  • The Chef Experience

    This is Blue Chip Catering’s Chef Experience. We arrive at your home with everything necessary to have a great experience. We bring all the food required to create your amazing culinary event in your kitchen. According to your personal or medical culinary needs, Blue Chip can help you handpick the perfect ingredients to prep your meals. Our personal chefs know how to turn a simple meal into culinary, edible art.

  • Cooking Classes

    The monthly cooking classes give guests the opportunity for hands-on learning and personal interaction with Chef Charles Mallory. These classes are great for organizations, school field trips, spouse activities and other get-togethers. Classes range from 2-3 hrs. This is a demonstration class, which consists of a lecture and cooking demonstration, followed by eating at the end of class.


    *A full refund can be issued if requested AT LEAST 48-HOURS prior to class. If a class has insufficient enrollment (Less than 5 participants) it will be cancelled 24 hours in advance. We will contact you by phone or email and issue a full refund for class.

Meal Prep Menus

Many people meal prep by shopping and cooking on the weekends, which may work better with your schedule than cramming it in during a weekday. Meal prepping can also make it easier to eat healthier since the menu gets set in advance. Here are our options, and you can contact us to get started:
